Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an order confirmation email/ whatsapp message with order details and an estimated delivery date upon successful order placement.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above the minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time.

  • For orders below the minimum order amount, shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes. COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • The final shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their order's journey.

International Shipping:

Currently, The Simplicist delivers only within India.
