Simplicist Refund Guidelines

1. Received the Wrong Product?

If you have received an incorrect product, follow these steps to initiate a refund:

1. Report the Issue: Contact us at care@thesimplicist.com or WhatsApp 94296 90471 within 2 days of delivery. Attach:

·        Your order ID

·        Clear images of the incorrect product

2. Processing Your Request: We will review your request within 48 working hours.

3. Product Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location through our courier partner.

4. Alternative Return Option: If pickup is unavailable in your area, we will guide you on how to return the product.

5. Refund Processing: After the incorrect product is returned and verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 


 

2. Received a Damaged Product?

If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:

1.     Notify Us: Reach out to us at care@thesimplicist.com or WhatsApp 94296 90471 within 2 days of delivery with:

a.      Your order ID

b.      Clear images showing the damage

2.     Review & Approval: Our team will assess your request within 48 working hours.

3.     Pickup Arrangement: If approved, we will arrange a pickup for the damaged item.

4.     Alternative Solution: If pickup is unavailable, we will provide you with a return shipping option.

5.     Refund Completion: Once we receive and verify the damaged product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

 


 

3. Can You Cancel Your Order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.

 


 

4. When Refunds Cannot Be Processed

We will be unable to process refunds in the following cases:
Used, opened, or altered products
Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
Requests made after 2 days of delivery


 

5. Refund Timeline & Process

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For COD Orders: We will request bank details to transfer the refund amount.
